Vorratsdatenspeicherung über die Drosselungs-Hintertür?

Bei echten Flatrates muss/darf der Provider die Verbindungsdaten nicht speichern, da für Abrechungszwecke unnötig. Das stellte 2006 der Bundesgerichtshof fest. Wenn nun die Telekom Flatrates ab einem bestimmten Volumen wieder drosseln möchte, gibt es "allen Grund" Verbindungsdaten als Argumente bei Reklamationen zu speichern.
