Googles Chat-Client kappt Jabber-Kompatibilität

In Googles Update für seinen Chat-Client Talk kommt nicht mehr das offene Chat-Protokoll XMPP vor. XMPP, besser bekannt als Jabber, ist eine offene CHat Software. Ähnliches hat Google bereit vor einigen Monaten gemacht, als die Unterstützung von RSS (Google Reader) und iCal (Google Calendar) eingestellt wurden.
