Tomorow re:publica starts again
From May 18–20, 2026, STATION Berlin will once again host talks, panels, workshops, meetups, an expo area, makerspaces, and more under the theme “Never gonna give you up” — featuring over 1,000 speakers across more than 20 stages. STATION Berlin is located right next to the Gleisdreieck subway station. Unfortunately, Aktion Freiheit statt Angst e.V. will not be participating this year. The organizers urge us: In times when algorithms shape opinions, platforms make policy, attention has become a currency, and artificial intelligence increasingly helps shape our reality, we need an alternative vision: a call to hold fast to the idea of a community based on solidarity, and not to let ourselves be pitted against one another. ... re:publica 2026 invites us not to give up on one another, to reclaim the internet, and to shape our future. With courage, hope, fun, and a clear message: We stand together!
